We live in a hectic and chaotic world. We worry about the past and are anxious about the future.

 

Learning mindfulness will help you to be more aware of what is happening in the present. Mindfulness meditation is a skill that anyone can learn to help you to refocus, recharge and manage the chaos.

Within our busy lifestyles we are often faced with new challenges; this class explores how to adopt a 'can do' approach that can be easily incorporated into our daily lives. This fun activity delivers plenty of 'feel good factor' when you see what you can achieve when you put your mind to it.
